Colourful thank you note dedicated to my friend's family doctor. I used a tiles(grey colour) to make this colourful frame as a background. Attach 2 picture of my friend's (TUTY) kids and their doctor, with colourful buttons and colourful design rubbers. Together with a tq note (small red card on the upper left) from the kids/parents. Those who enter to the doctor's room would definately surprised with the bright and colourful attractions of the frames.
